Palmstone Warranty and Exchange Policy

Any product purchased through the PALMSTONE STUDIO website is guarranteed to be of genuine quality, authenticity and to be delivered free from damage. Any product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason, as long as such product is in the same condition as when you received it.

If the product is returned because of damage while being delivered you need only pay for return delivery and we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or give you credit in the amount of your original purchase and shipping cost towards any other product sold through Palmstone Studio.

If the product is returned for any other reason, we will bill you the original shipping charge, you need pay the return delivery, and we will give you credit in the amount of your original purchase cost towards any other product sold through Palmstone Studio.

All applicable products come with a certificate of authenticity. Limited Edition prints come with a Palmstone Studio certificate of authenticity and verification of the total edition number.

All custom design work is carried out with the understanding that a contract has been made between the customer and Palmstone Studio. No returns or refunds can be made for custom design work, although we strive always to give you full satisfaction on every project. At our discretion we can extend the terms of a contract without requiring additional payment, or issue credit to be used on future projects.

There will be a $50.00 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

We hope these policies are fair and straightforward. All artists affiliated with Palmstone Studio are individual contractors and making a modest income while maintaining their work as artists and craftspeople. We thank you for respecting our businesses by dealing in good faith and making payment in full in a timely fashion.
